Dorothy is an alumna of Barry University and Indian River State College. She holds a BS in Biology and is a licensed registered nurse. With over 20 years in healthcare, she prides herself in facilitating healthy outcomes for patients. In the last 14 years she has focused on caring for patients in a home setting, improving their quality of life, and advocating for their needs. Currently she is proud to be part of the Ultimate Care Parx family as the Director of Professional Services in their Port St Lucie location. She has taken her years of psychiatric nursing experience to do trauma tours in various communities educating on the effects of trauma and raising trauma awareness in her spare time. She has been married to the love of her life for 17 years and has 5 beautiful and amazing children. Her favorite past times are reading books, going on family vacations, gardening, and listening to all kinds of music.
